For jobs that are too time consuming or complex to handle in your home, we can take your computer back to our office, repair it, and return it to your home for a single flat rate.

For in-home computer repair, our rates are as follows:

• $50.00 for the trip and the first hour.
• $40.00 per hour for each additional hour.

If it appears that a job will take several hours, we normally offer to take the machine back to our office and repair it there for a flat rate. When fixed, we then return it to your house and set it back up for no additional charge. Our flat rates are as follows:

• $70.00 - Severe virus/spyware infections and cleaning. (minor infections can usually be handled at your home in less than an hour)
• $100.00 - Windows software re-installs & upgrades. (you supply the disks)
• Hardware problems vary depending on the cost of the equipment.
